unopened, direct from the manufacturer. We don't sell seconds or
ex-demonstration goods. We have a simple returns policy - if the goods
you receive are faulty or are damaged in any way we will arrange for
them to be collected and repaired or replaced immediately, at no cost to

A potted history
Adam Hall Ltd. was founded in Southend-on-Sea, Essex in the mid-1970s. A
German branch was established in 1980, and in 1993 both companies
merged. The German company became the group headquarters, and also
assumed the responsibility for co-ordinating Far East purchasing with
the office in Taiwan and China. In 1997, a sales office was opened in
Copenhagen to serve the Scandinavian market.
With over 100 employees worldwide, Adam Hall has become one of the
largest producers of flight case hardware and fittings. In addition,
Adam Hall distributes a wide range of well-known audio, event and
industrial products. Eminence and BMS speakers, Defender cable
crossovers and event floors, SKB cases, Palmer audio tools and Adam
Hall's own audio brand LD Systems.

The Adam Hall warehouse and offices in Southend-on-Sea are the UK base
of this company, not far from our What PA? offices in Essex. They
provide our warehouse facilities for us, dispatching same day on our
behalf. |

We've been selling LD Systems via What PA? since early 2008. We've had
only a handful of returns or other problems in all that time.
We've sold their PA systems to countless satisfied schools, local
